My exercise was skateboarding. I skated everyday all day, and since I was unemployeed I got to skate during the day, when everyone was at work. This allowed me to skate by myself.

Then I drank heavily after skating, usually starting at 6:00pm...but I drank alone, in solitude, usually at very empty dive bars, places that old men buy a beer and fall asleep at, places that none of my friends even knew about, and more importantly, places that my ex girlfriend knew nothing about...the worest thing ever for a broken heart is being drunk and running into your ex girl, especially if she is with some other dude, you might kill him.

Third, fuck new girls, fuck everyone. I'm skating alone, drinking alone, doing everything alone. My third, is Country Music, the sad stuff...shit will make you want to committe suicide. It gets under your skin. Stuff like George Jones.

Eventually, you'll come to terms with your own personally demons, damn the bitch that left you to hell, call your buddies up to rage and go all out, guns blasting, the talk of the town.

Your ex will wonder where you been for months, and when you finally show up on the scene she won't matter to you.

If your a chick with a broken heart, I recommend taking the Carrie Underwood approach and fucking the dudes car up for cheating on you. Louisville Sluger to both headlights...
