Speaking Of Hunger [Poker]
Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 03:37PM When I was a kid my parents forced me into going to Catholic High School. Some might recognize my Catholic high school by Mike Birbiglia's jokes about it.. Others might recognize it regionally as "THE" private boys Catholic High School. I just know, that I met my best friends there. Among all of the homo-hazing and hatred from the turbo jock teachers I met the people who would always remain in my life as the golden children. Out of the few I remained in touch with, some have released albums or become prominent figures in their scene but one sticks out. My old roommate and best man has transcended all of the bullshit and even though he's sick right now he's about to capitalize and take the win in the World Poker Tour. I couldn't think of anyone who deserves it more. I was there last year to support him and otherwise tour California. And though he didn't even make it to the finals he still showed me a good time. The reason being, he's a good person. He's loved by all and we're proud at LGT to say that he's in the final table at the World Poker Tour (LA Poker Classic). Without further introduction, I give you Jean-Claude Moussa
Action starts today at 4pm (PST) so 7pm for fellow East Coasters. Ante up! We're all dying in anticipation J.C. So proud of you bud!
